Life happens and disappointments are inevitable sometimes, but with an open door policy and always a willingness to learn and adjust, I will take every reasonable step to take care of whatever it is that is causing an inconvenience. So please feel free to get in touch and I will happily talk it through with you.

Laki Health Products:

As the health and beauty products are organic with no added parabens or any other artificial preservatives and the fact that quality control is extremely important to me, I am unable to accept any returns once it has been handed over to the courier company. I chose The Courier Guy specifically because of their great service and highly affordable prices but I still have no control over how the packages are handled.

Digital Products:

As there is no way to control how digital products are used after it is received, a return/refund cannot be applied, however, I am happy to have a discussion about a reasonable solution.
